What makes Franko different from other review apps?
Franko includes the review-app essentials, then organizes your reviews around the questions shoppers ask before buying. Shoppers get a clear answer and can read every review behind it. The same review-backed content is published on the product page for AI assistants to find.
Are the answers based on real customer reviews?
Yes. Every answer is synthesized from relevant customer reviews and links back to its source reviews. Franko only shows an answer when at least three reviews cover the topic and the evidence clears the merchant's configured support threshold.
Can I import my existing reviews?
Yes. Franko imports every review, field, photo, video and reply from your current app or CSV or Excel export, then matches each review to the right product automatically. You can preview everything before anything goes live.
How long does switching take, and will my store stay live?
Most imports can be mapped and previewed in minutes. Your current app stays live until you approve the switch, so shoppers can keep reading and leaving reviews. The same review text remains attached to the same products, so the switch does not interrupt the review content Google already sees.
Does Franko include the standard review-app features?
Yes. Franko includes automated requests and reminders, a guided mobile review form, photos and videos, verified-buyer labels, discount rewards, storefront ratings and reviews, moderation, replies, customization, import, and review-data export. Review-backed buyer answers are built in.
Does Franko include integrations or review syndication?
Franko supports Google Search on your storefront. It does not currently send reviews to Google Shopping or syndicate them to retail channels. Most Shopify brands do not need those features, but stores using Google Shopping review feeds or retail syndication should keep that requirement in mind.
